Return/Refund Policy You may return any items in undamaged original condition within 30 days for a refund of purchase price less shipping and handling. Customer is responsible for return shipment fees. No exceptions. "Refused Shipments" are considered returns and are also refunded purchase price less shipping and handling. Video-line must be notified of un received shipments within 30 days of order date. After 30 days from order date, all orders are considered to be received, acceptable to the customer and final. No Refunds.
Lost or Damaged Shipments Please contact us via email if you do not receive your order within a few days of estimated delivery, or if you receive a damaged delivery. A customer service associate will work quickly to resolve the issue. |
