Credit Card Orders We may confirm your name and address during a credit card order using our automated Address Verification System. Some credit cards that cannot be verified may result in a canceled order.
Checks and Money Orders Checks and money orders will be accepted for United States orders only. International orders (any country other that the United States) must pay by credit card. No exceptions. Make checks payable to Video-line. Amount submitted must be for the exact amount of the order total on the sales receipt. No change will be returned for excess funds. Checks and money orders are shipped AFTER we receive payment. There will be a $30.00 charge for any returned check. Checks submitted for amounts less than the order total will result in a canceled order. The check will be voided and not returned.
Purchase Orders
Video-Line does not accept purchase orders, however we still offer a way to order for companies or schools that require them. If you place your order on our web site and select "I will Send a Check Via Regular Mail", you can print out the order receipt and submit it to your company as an invoice so that they can issue a PO. When approved, just send us a copy of the order receipt along with the check or money order.
Return Policy
You may return any items in undamaged original condition within 30 days for a refund of purchase price less shipping and handling. Customer is responsible for return shipment fees. No exceptions. "Refused Shipments" are considered returns and are also refunded purchase price less shipping and handling. Video-line must be notified of un received shipments within 30 days of order date. After 30 days from order date, all orders are considered to be received, acceptable to the customer and final. No Refunds.
Shipping Policy
Orders received Monday-Friday are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. No deliveries on Sundays or Holidays. Delivery estimates are based on when the order is "processed". Checks and money orders are shipped AFTER we receive payment. Deliveries may take longer than "Estimates" due to unexpected delays. Standard and Priority are only available for deliveries to United States residences and U.S. Territories. Air-Mail is offered for countries not included in Global Priority delivery. Customs processing may add an additional few days. The customer is responsible for all additional costs for international shipments such as customs, tariffs and taxes.
Shipments returned to Video-Line due to an incorrect shipping address given by the customer can either be corrected and re-shipped or shipped to another address. Due to customer error, we must regretfully charge again for shipping and handling at our regular rates. We will obtain approval from the customer to charge and re-ship, or give the option to treat the order as a return. Company Return Policy will apply.
Sale Prices
Several times a month Video-Line picks some of our most popular video programs to put on sale. This gives customers the chance to purchase videos they have been interested in at a discount. The start and stop time of the sales are unannounced. After a sale has ended, the product goes back to the original price. We do not offer a price protection guarantee. If you are lucky enough to catch a product at a discount, Buy it! It is truly your lucky day. |
