She also teaches and resides in Palos Verdes, California. Carol holds numerous traditional and specialized mind-body certifications including: AEA, ACE, AFAA, Stott Pilates, Nia Brown Belt and Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher. She has been teaching since 1987.
